Regulatory Compliance

At KJC Imaging we take industrial regulations and compliance seriously. It lowers insurance premiums and keeps people safe! That’s why we hold not only FAA CFA Part 107 commercial drone operating credentials, but are NV State and Federal OSHA-30 trained. We trained with Eagle Eye Innovations in the UK and acquired a General VLOS Certificate and Category A2 Certificate of Competency for commercial sUAV operations. We hold a Level 4 NVQ in Commercial sUAV operation and keep a certified Operations Manual on file with ProQual, a CAA Accredited accreditation organization. We are enrolled in the NV Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS) Safety Practitioner Program. Our pilot is training on Faculty at the Sonoran Desert Institute, teaching Unmanned Technologies.
